Terms of Service
By using this website, you agree to our general terms and conditions. We offer carefully selected products from renowned international and European brands.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, price changes, or stock-outs. An order becomes binding only after payment has been completed and an order confirmation has been sent.
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT.
Payment
Payment is made at the time of order. We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard), Swish, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are handled securely via Mollie Payments and Trustly, where you can make direct bank payments.
Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are normally delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the product and delivery address.
During promotions or periods of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please note that some products may be shipped separately if they are located in different warehouses.
Unclaimed Packages
If the package is not picked up in time, the customer will be charged for return and handling costs according to the current return and refund policy.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The product must be unused and in its unopened original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for a regretted purchase.
Always contact us before returning via support@sknlux.se for return address and instructions.
Complaints
If the item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving the delivery (a maximum of 7 days after delivery is considered reasonable). We comply with the Consumer Sales Act and are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Swedish law applies. Disputes will be tried by a Swedish general court.
