Shipping conditions at SKNLÛX apply to all orders placed in our webshop. These shipping conditions describe how we handle shipping, delivery times, and what applies if a package is not collected. Please read the shipping conditions below to know what applies to your order.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and are normally delivered within 1–3 business days depending on the delivery address. During campaigns or periods of high load, delivery may take slightly longer. We will always notify you via email when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is 49 SEK per order. We offer free shipping on all orders over 399 SEK. Shipping is handled by DHL and you will receive a tracking link via email when the package is sent.
Package Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email. With this link, you can follow your delivery in real-time and see when the package is expected to arrive. Please note that some products may be sent separately if they are in different warehouses – in which case you will receive separate tracking links.
Uncollected Packages
If the package is not collected in time and is returned to us, the customer will be charged for return and handling costs. We always try to contact the customer before the package is returned to avoid unnecessary costs. Please contact us at support@sknlux.se if you have questions about your package.
Problems with Delivery
If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time, or if the package arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sknlux.se. We always quickly resolve any problems and ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at SKNLÛX. Shipping conditions and delivery rules are designed to protect both you as a customer and us as a store.
