Right of withdrawal – when you change your mind
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as upon delivery.
In the case of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@sknlux.se and state:
– order number
– which product you wish to return
– that it concerns a right of withdrawal
We will get back to you with clear instructions for return shipping.
Complaint – if something is not right
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when you receive it, we will naturally take responsibility.
Please contact us at support@sknlux.se before sending anything, and we will help you further.
Please include:
– order number
– a brief description of the fault
– photo or video evidence
Once the complaint has been approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a return label free of charge.
Refund
As soon as we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
In the case of withdrawal, the price of the item will be refunded, excluding the cost of original shipping.
Products that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
– opened or used products
– items without original packaging
– cosmetics and skincare products where the seal has been broken, in accordance with applicable legislation
